PSA does not act as a licensed contractor or construction manager. Instead, we serve as a customer-facing project coordinator, managing communication, scheduling, and quality assurance between clients and independent subcontractors.
By using PSA’s services, you acknowledge and agree that any licensed trade work is carried out solely by independent contractors who hold all necessary credentials and legal authorizations required for their specific trades.
